It is important to note that at no time is your client's money with either the Advisor or Conexim. All on-platform assets are held with Pershing (a Bank of New York Mellon company). Pershing’s global custody operations service approximately 5.8 million active investor accounts and as of December 31, 2015 held over $1.5 trillion in global client assets. Pershing is one of the largest established custodians in the Irish markets for domestic investors.
Our integrated application forms have a specific section where Advisors and their Clients indicate the Advisors Implementation Commissions (upfront) and the Advisors Annual ongoing Charge (annual trail). Both can be expressed as a fixed amount or as a percentage, save for PRSA Contributors where they must be expressed as a percentage. These charges are collected and processed on platform and paid into your company bank account.
